A pilot early childhood education center was established at the end of 2019 in a community in Longquan Sub-district, Huzhou City, East China's Zhejiang Province. The center has provided regular early childhood education to children under 3 for free.
It allowed children in the community to enjoy public-welfare early childhood education at their doorsteps. The pilot classes for early childhood education improve preschool education in the community, creating a new model of community-based education services.
